M-Music. Jeff went to college for live sound engineering and I have a minor in music. Music is magic and just makes everything better. I love to sing and play piano, I even taught my former foster children and other elementary students how to play piano. In college, I was in ladies singing ensemble, mixed ensemble, hand bell choir, and voice. We are both are very eclectic in our music genre listening tastes. Anything from Louis Armstrong to Avenge Sevenfold. Johnny Cash to Metallica.

N-Nature. One of our favorite things to do in nature is camping, to get away from technology and just take a deep breath. We also love fishing and Jeff actually proposed marriage on a fishing outing. We are trying to go horseback riding more often and get to again this summer. We love walking and hiking with our dogs and tried taking Diana (our cat) but she was not amused and prefers to be inside only. 

O- Our Town. We love Rice Lake, less than 10,000 people, plenty of woods and water, parks galore to play and explore, many miles of established walking trails, (which we utilize often) Rice Lake is known for its Indian Mounds, which is in our neighborhood (foggy picture). We live right by the lake and love to take out the paddleboat and kayak to fish. Our town has enough stores to be self-sufficient, and enough restaurants to offer variety. Jeff also says O for Oreos, it’s one of his favorite treats and he is a big kid. lol.
